Pay: $23-30
Shift: 7am-5pm occasional nights and weekends

Responsibilities
The Water Truck Driver will:
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections along with routine greasing, oiling, and fueling
- Idle vehicle engine before driving and when stopping
- Load and transport water to suppress dust on local and plant roads
- Ensure truck is properly loaded using hoses
- Spray water in designated areas
- Monitor changes in truck performance and reports potential malfunctions to maintenance
- Use a two-way radio to communicate with mill personnel and other site personnel
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle
- Maintain records
- Meet customer service requirements
- Comply with all safety regulations and policies Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Class B CDL
- Tankers Endorsement
- Ability to operate a Water Truck
- Ability to lift to 50lbs
- Basic Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to communicate via radio and ability to read and write
- Ability to sit, stand, walk and work outside for extended periods of time and lift 50 pounds Ability work at elevated heights and have good eye-hand coordination
