ClarkPro is looking to expand their Special Projects team. The Project Coordinator position is responsible for processing, coordinating, and executing large, complex projects for our partners. This individual will be managing multiple projects simultaneously therefore must have the ability to think critically to solve problems, be detail oriented, and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute project entry & release process, ensuring all relevant project details are up to date
- Effectively communicate to stakeholders and external partners for all project updates including item
- Coordinate logistical needs with internal teams and freight companies for timely deliveries
- Finalize project through closeout process to enable accurate reporting metrics
- Maintain sales & profitability reporting needs for Special Projects to enhance workflow
- Effectively communicates to leadership on sales data & rebate reports
- Reviews all backordered projects to provide ETA & tracking updates
- Conducts project post-mortems with Project Managers to reflect, analyze & suggest improvements
- Manages invoice workflow to accurate record costs for projects

Remote work qualifications
- Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
- Access to a home router and modem.
- A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
