Role Overview:
JMA Resources is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Project Coordinator/Team Lead to join our team. As a Project Coordinator/Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and managing a project team engaged in providing cloud, database, and system support services for our client.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manages using servant leadership as a management style.
- Works closely with technical team lead to drive outstanding individual and team performance.
- Responsible for performance management, including addressing issues that arise and recognizing and rewarding individual/team successes.
- Coordinates performance feedback at appropriate intervals to include the annual review cycle.
- Identifies and facilitates opportunities for staff development.
- Manages and coordinates paid time off calendar and respective communications; approves time reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Develops effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ensures a high level of client satisfaction.
- Organizes team activities, including planning and assigning tasks, establishing due dates, tracking status, and evaluating work products before client delivery.
- Ensures contractual deliverables are met early or on time and within scope.
- Ensures seamless project integration amongst related workstreams where appropriate.
- Communicates project status with government clients, implementation teams, and corporate managers.
- Takes the initiative in an environment involving diverse sets of people, data, documents, and materials.
- Works closely with JMA’s technical team lead and client to provide deliverables based on industry best practices.
- Completes status reports and submits monthly for client concurrence.
Clearance Level:
- Current or able to obtain DoD Secret level clearance.
- Note: To obtain a security clearance, you must be a US citizen and meet the 13 adjudicative guidelines.

- Must have experience working with the following:
- Industry standard tools (e.g., MS Office, MS Project).
Required Experience:
- Three to five years of proven experience supporting IT projects in cross-functional environments.
Education Level:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience desired.

Location & Commitments:
- Full-time remote position that may require travel to the client site and other work sites when needed.
- Hours based on the client, usually Monday-Friday between 8-5 pm EST.
