Position Overview: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, and overall project success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather project requirements
- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Prepare and review invoices
- Prepare and distribute project documentation and reports
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address project risks
- Maintain clear and open communication channels with all stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven 4+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management tools and software
