Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and increasing the efficiency of their corresponding Project Engineer by executing a combination of customer-facing and non-customer-facing tasks with the goal of the Project Engineer being able to focus exclusively on seeing a project through to completion with accuracy and promptness.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Project Engineer on the daily workflow
- Coordinating and scheduling Need-on-site (NOS) dates
- Communicating with Viewrail customers and engineers to align and monitor expectations for info that is needed to ensure the successful completion of each project for both internal Viewrail operations and Viewrail customers
- Scheduling when we need measurements and drawings
- Fielding calls from customers as needed to assist the Project Engineer
- Tracking order status while in production delivery
- Getting correct customer contact info to all parties needed (i.e. Viewrail Delivers)
- Additional duties as assigned

- Working level of Viewrail product knowledge
- Hubspot or similar CRM experience
