Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of our team, the Project Coordinator will play a vital role in facilitating seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams. This dynamic role involves overseeing multiple projects concurrently, adapting swiftly to changing priorities, and thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of key milestones.
· Act as a liaison between teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
· Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changes in project scope, reallocating resources and adjusting timelines as necessary.
· Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and documentation of action items and decisions.
· Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, identifying risks and proposing solutions to mitigate them.
· Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
· Previous experience in a project coordination or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, adapting swiftly to changing priorities.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to think creatively to solve problems.
· Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
