Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct design projects from conception to completion
- Excellent organizational skills, follow-up and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of our team
- Review work progress on daily basis with co-workers & designers, keep projects moving toward next steps
- Guide homeowners through the entire design and selection process.
- Create and administer contracts and change orders.
- Facilitate project schedules and timelines
- Read and understand construction plans and specifications is a plus
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Modular construction and factory production is a plus
- Familiarity with SketchUp, Morfolio Trace & AutoCad
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is desirable
