Wisconsin Family Ties is seeking an organized, pioneering, and passionate individual to join our team as the Parent Peer Specialist Program Manager. This is a great opportunity to join the growing peer support profession.
Position Description
The Parent Peer Specialist Program Manager manages the overall functioning of the Parent Peer Specialist Program and supervises a team of remote PPSs. This position is a remote position, but will require occasional travel for meetings, conferences, and trainings.
Key Requirements:
- Experience navigating service systems. Service systems include, but are not limited to, mental health, public education, child welfare, substance use treatment, juvenile/family court, and youth justice.
- Knowledge of wraparound principles and processes preferred
- Knowledge of special education processes and requirements preferred
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Organizational Administration, Non-Profit Management, Health Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years successful supervisory experience in a similar field
- Experience managing a remote team preferred
- Experience using case management technology preferred
- Minimum of 1 year project management or similar experience
