We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Dog Training Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping in the development and implementation of various training programs, as well as managing relationships with Program Dog Trainer and clients, scheduling, management of client files, and light cleaning duties. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and their fur babies. MUST LOVE DOGS!
```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of Dog Trainer.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure program success
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments for improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to program activities
- Scheduling clients
- Working with clients and dogs during training sessions as needed.
```Experience```
- Proven experience working with individuals and dogs.
- Strong knowledge of program development principles and practices
- Excellent relationship with clients and customers
- Familiarity with dog behavioral concepts
- Experience in maintaining clients online records and effectively managing checkin/checkout procedures
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report writing
