Open an exciting new chapter in your career as the primary Program Coordinator and liaison for 340B-related matters at University of Florida Health Shands Hospital in beautiful Gainesville, Florida.
As the 340B Program Coordinator, you’ll serve as the University of Florida’s Health Shands compliance expert for all 340B program details, policies and procedures. You'll also lead the department of pharmacy, providing oversight for the 340B program.

Successful 340B Program Coordinator candidates must be Florida-registered (or eligible) pharmacists who have graduated from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy with a PharmD and completion of a PGY2 critical care residency or equivalent. Preferred candidates will have an Apex Advanced 340B certification, but you can complete the certification within a year of your hire date. We are seeking candidates with strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to integrate clinical services and educational activities. Applicants should demonstrate knowledge and understanding of general hospital and outpatient clinic operations and demonstrate the ability to effectively interact with senior hospital leadership; medical, nursing and pharmacy staff; and pharmacy residents and students.
