Job Description
This position will be responsible for assisting the Procurement team with activities associated with, but not limited to, SAP implementation in the Americas Region. This position requires an action oriented individual who possesses strong interpersonal skills and is very system savvy.
Coordinates details of data entry, data testing, and documentation.
Perform other duties as requested.
Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel; candidates may be tested on proficiency levels.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Must be action oriented, be able to work independently, and have good interpersonal skills.
Solid ability for accuracy and thoroughness in work.
Strong attention to detail of work for accuracy of data entry.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and flexibility in meeting with shifts in demand.
Capable of working with little supervision.
Experience in SAP computer system
Experience in Procurement or Accounts Payable
Bachelors of Science Degree in Business or related discipline (or student of)
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
