We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at our Behavioral and Mental Health Facility. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, facilitating in-person morning programs and managing virtual evening programming. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading groups, managing clinical electronic medical records (EMR), coordinating group schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead Groups: Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and therapeutic environment for participants.
- Audit Clinical EMR: Regularly audit electronic medical records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- EMR Schedulers for Groups: Utilize EMR systems to schedule and coordinate group therapy sessions, ensuring efficient use of resources and staff.
- Create Group Schedules: Develop schedules for both morning and evening programs, taking into account client needs, staff availability, and program requirements.
- Ordering and Office Supplies Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies, equipment, and other necessities, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely ordering when needed.
- Office Needs Management: Address any office-related needs or issues, including maintenance requests, equipment troubleshooting, and communication with relevant vendors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of RADT or Equivalent
- Previous experience working in a behavioral or mental health setting, particularly in an outpatient or intensive outpatient program.
- Strong understanding of group therapy dynamics and facilitation techniques.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems; experience with auditing EMR data is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, both in-person and virtually.

- This is a contract position with flexible hours, primarily focusing on morning in-person sessions and evening virtual programming.
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
