exist in the world. As a member of the team, the Program Coordinator will
support the planning and execution of our programs. The ideal candidate will
have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3-5 years of professional work experience, a
solutions-oriented, collaborative approach to working on a team, and a desire to work in
a start-up environment for social good.
Duties Include:
● Support our programs with administrative tasks, event planning and execution.
● Process payments, review document submissions, and support additional processes
● Liaise with partners on a regular basis and maintain the relationships.
● Support with program and landscape research as needed.
● Manage social media for programs.
● Collaborate closely with the team, participate in regular team
meetings and planning days as needed.
● Support other program needs as they arise.

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years professional work experience.
● Proficient in Google products, Canva, Zoom.
● Comfortable working in databases. Prior experience with Airtable, preferred.
● Proficient in Spanish, preferred.
● Experience working with high-school and college-aged youth, preferred.
● Experience with event coordination and execution.
● Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills.
● Tech- and social media-savvy.
● Confident, resourceful, energetic, curious, discrete, team player.
Other Details
● The position is 40 hours per week, hourly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,718.00 - $75,000.00 per year
