Professional Front Office Receptionist

The Dallas Endoscopy Center is a very fast pace facility and is searching for a professional friendly person to greet all patients and visitors as they arrive at the facility, an experienced data entry person to enter all patients information, scanning of all insurance cards and drivers licenses into our medical software system, able to type 30-35 words per minute, collect patients payments, set up patients payment plans, balance all payments collected for the day and print collection balance reports on a daily, prepare patient charts for the prior day, will be in charge of keeping the front desk and the lobby clean throughout the day and before leaving for the day, must be able to have good communication skills, monitor sign in sheet making sure all patients are checked in, punctuality must be able to time management and multi-task, provide all incoming fax to the correct department, filing of charts, ability to use scanner and printers, answering phones occasionally, communicate with the back office staff, must be organized and detailed oriented, work as a team with co-workers and comfortable working with variety types of people, manage the flow of the Front office, a range of other duties to completely assist patients and ensure the successful operations of our facility.
