- This position will remain posted until the hiring process is complete; however, interviews may be conducted after March 11, 2024, so interested applicants should submit their materials ASAP to ensure consideration.
- This position is for the District’s Elementary Title I Summer School Program, which will be located at Garden Hills Academy.
- This program runs Monday-Thursday from June 10, 2024 - July 11, 2024. There will be no student attendance on June 19, 2024 and July 4, 2024.
- Student Contact Hours will be from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
- Staff will be expected to be on duty (and will be paid) from 8:30-10:30 a.m. or 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. depending on teacher preference. Once chosen, this schedule is not flexible to change.
- Teachers working 4 hours/day will be give up to 10 hours of planning and progress monitoring time, outside of their work hours.
- Teachers working 2 hours/day will be given up to 5 hours of planning and progress monitoring time, outside of their work hours.
- Initial required training (paid) will be Thursday, June 6, 2024 from 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. at Garden Hills Academy.
- Teachers will be paid at the rate of $35.00/hour.
- Classroom Teachers, Elementary Interventionists, Elementary Istructional Coaches, Elementary MLL Teachers, Elementary SPED Teachers, and Elementary Specials Teachers are all encouraged to apply.
