Schedule: Monday to Friday 8AM-4:30PM

What you will do:
We are currently seeking an organizedcandidate to join our Product & Marketing team as a Product Line Manager. The Product Line Manager will be a full life-cycle Ambassador of assigned product categories, responsible for overseeing all activities including research, design, pricing, launch, sell through and marketing of products in assigned categories.
Responsibilities:
• Product ideation including complete market research to find out more about competitor products, customer needs, industry opportunities.
• Manage factory projects and release dates.
• Manage the New Product release process.
• Manage OEM projects and due dates, ensuring white glove treatment all the way from design through order process, including order confirmations, working through MOQ and price discrepancies with customers, and managing the purchasing workflow applicable to OEM orders and ship dates.
• Manage aged inventory in assigned categories.
• Manage discontinuation of products
• Involvement with Sales to pitch to TMP customers.
• Tradeshow prep and attendance
• Visits to key dealers
• Working with sales team to create best pitches and follow ups.
• Work with Marketing/Creative
• Promotions, packaging, store displays, content creation
• Coordinate to ensure Website/Content meets highest goals for all websites, including Amazon.
• Help bolster artists relations to strengthen Brand recognition and products.
• Manage On-Stage packaging, photography, sell sheets, instructions, and other related product assets.
• Ensure social media marketing on key products in assigned categories weekly.
• Coordinate with customer service, sales, and factory to identify product improvements or defects or to answer product related questions.
• Analyze sell through and make recommendations on improvements with Sales, creative and Marketing - Ongoing review of sales in your categories.
• Semi-Monthly email on the health of your lines to President, Director of Product Development, Head of Sales, and Product Development/Marketing Team
• Bi-Yearly Presentation with key metrics and updates
• Product Ideation
• Projects and release dates
• OEM projects and release dates
• Aged inventory progress and goals
• Discontinuation Reviews and Progress
• Sell Through and Suggestions for Boosted Sales
• Helium 10 listings review and analysis
• Identify trends on up and down products/categories that are reported monthly to Sales mgmt.
• Assigned Product Lines
• Microphone Stands and Accessories
• Speaker, Lighting, and DJ
• Amp/Mixer/Rack
• Studio/Podcasting
• Band & Orchestra - Includes Custom Logo Program and Container Program management.
• On-Stage Brank Ambassador
