Job Summary:

As the F135 Fleet Data management, Production Asset Inspection Requirement (PAIR) Manager, you will be responsible for building, communicating, and delivering the inspection triggers and return of inspection records for the F135 Fleet. 

This position will support daily fleet operations and the flow of data related configuration management, life limits, inspection limits and the additional data flow from ALIS to Maintenix.

Lastly, in this position you will be responsible for current and future projects pertaining to leveraging the existing software capabilities to align digital transaction footprint with engineering intent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Fleet Data Management as the process expert to include, establish training and process documentation for enterprise processes that impact PAIR processing or development.
  •  Lead and attend meetings with cross functional groups within sustainment to develop requirements and coordinate PAIR deliveries and workflows
  • You will be responsible for communications with JPO and Lockheed Martin.  Support of technical issues & problem resolution pertaining to communication between ALIS, OBPHM and Maintenix.  Support the evolution of processes and tools with F135 Fleet Data Management standpoint to ensure accurate flight data
  • Identify and support data discrepancy resolution from configuration, usage and life, inspection limit throughout the value stream and provide integrated leadership & project management for release of the data derivatives of Joint Technical Data.  Trouble shoot transactional data in JILES and Maintenix, both in staging and in production environments

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree  required.
  • A minimum of 8+ years of data analytics experience, data management, or Engineering, Depot Engine Management or Quality
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship. 
  • Position will be remote but must be willing to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree and 4+ years of data analytic experience, data management, Engineering, Field Services, Depot Engine Management or Quality strongly preferred
  • 4+ Years of experience in Engine or Data Management
  • Familiarity with Jet Engines and Maintenance concepts
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a formal capacity
  • Project Management skills required
  • Engineering, Field Services or Data Analytics/Management experience

The salary range for this role is $94,000 - $196,000; However, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors hen extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training and key skills.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
