Essential:
- Be completely hands-on and own ideation, designs, prototyping, user feedback, and launch
- 3+ years of experience in Product Development or a related field (e.g., design)
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products that met market needs
- Experience working and communicating directly with teams incl. abroad manufacturers
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
