About the Job
The expected starting salary range for this role is $77,300 - $120,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.

About the Job
- This role will report into the Director of Product Development
- Attend weekly fittings, fabric meetings and manufacturer meetings as needed.
- Lead seasonal TB meetings with sales.
- Invoice approvals relevant to your department
- Maintain QuickBase tracking and overseeing direct report activity in QuickBase as a source of truth:
- Own status updates of fit samples, ensuring detailed notes by fit are added
- Add sketches to QB seasonally
- Maintain (adding and dropping) samples in SRS tracker.
- Seasonal scrub of tracker for production use: SRS sku for production tracker (Set up of new seasonal skus)
- Setup SRS colors / requests for the PD assistants
- Update QB with seasonal late adds styles/color & change log updates labdip tracker to align
- Seasonal scrubs of style names, colors, and other minor updates throughout season.
- Weekly status email distros separated by season: QB
- Support the PD team to ensure there are no bottlenecks to receiving healthy SRS/F1s
- Review tech/pattern handoffs of TPs/pattern- checking for major red flags.
- Visit domestic manufacturers to work through challenges
- Oversee hand-off of new seasons for seamless transition
- Retrieve SRS request #s from sales seasonally and setting up in QB for team.
- Work with the director of PD on T&A's for new manufacture relationships:
- Manage the sewers and fabric cutter and PD sample assistants
- Key holder of the sample room
- Looking for 6 - 10 years of experience in Product Development / Pre Production
