Pricing Analyst

Position: Pricing Specialist

Gilson Company, Inc. is currently looking for a Purchasing/Pricing Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has excellent organizational skills and can multitask; being mindful of the end user. Someone who is reliable and professional and enjoys a casual, family owned, and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively review and maintain established pricing margins
• Prepare reports and articulate recommendations
• Monitor competitor pricing strategies and adjust accordingly
• Respond promptly to pricing inquiries
• Analyzing and recommending pricing strategies
• Research raw material trends and developments
• Complete projects assigned by the Purchasing Manager

Qualifications:

• An overall knowledge of pricing
• Ability to complete assignments correctly and on time
• Detail oriented
• Good knowledge of purchasing strategies
• NetSuite experience a plus
