How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Division Pricing Analyst will work closely with the division price leaders and act as a liaison to the Data Integrity team, Regional Pricing teams, and Corporate Pricing department to prioritize projects, develop standard/consistent practices for the regions, and provide reporting and analysis necessary to support improved financial performance for the division.

• Instructs and assists users on pricing mechanics in SAP and PROS:
  
  • Provides technical support and training to field and regional pricing associates.
  • Troubleshoots and answers questions from the field.
• Directly engages with the national pricing team on new developments and system enhancements for both PROS and SAP.
• Responsible for coordination, support, and loading data for mass pricing actions.
• Facilitates and leads various pricing initiatives to improve data integrity and pricing profitability.
• Identifies and prioritizes audits for both one-time and on-going clean-up.
• Works with Division Pricing Director to establish consistent pricing practices across regions.
• Assists in establishing standard monthly reports and metrics relevant to division price performance.
• Engages in various ad-hoc analysis to help influence and support pricing activities in the regions
• Provides acquisition support on pricing related data activities in regions.
• Supports and maintains Microsoft SQL Server database for pricing reporting.
• Works with a multiple division and regional business units to assist with process improvement related to pricing.

Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible professional level experience in the areas of Pricing, Data Integrity, Finance, or Product Marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google G Suite applications.
• Experience with SAP Customer Master and Pricing is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
• Exhibits customer focused behavior such as building positive relationships and strives to understand customer's needs, both internal and external.
• Ability to deal with difficult situations in a diplomatic and professional manner.
• Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills with the ability to understand metrics and to present and communicate to all levels of the organization and external customers.
• Ability to make independent decisions based on investigation and judgment as well as ability to discern when to escalate issues.
• Strong technical understanding of data structures for pricing in business enterprise systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and juggle between divisional, local and corporate management and demands.
