Summary:The Pricing Analyst primary responsibility is to maintain customer pricing data based on customer pricing terms and product cost data.
- The Wasserstrom Company is currently operating under a Hybrid Schedule that incorporates both teleworking and in-office hours. Employees may be required to report to the office when requested by leadership &/or for their initial job training.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Execute monthly/quarterly price change activity. Ensure prices are created utilizing approved business rules and logic.
- Create and maintain pricing matrix based on various factors (mark-up, inbound freight cost, transaction type, etc).
- Verify accuracy of formulas & links through proficient use of Microsoft Excel, as well as keep sufficient notes and references for changes.
- Respond to Sales Team requests for ad-hoc data updates (such as price changes, e-catalog changes, and new customers).
- Maintain pricing master data to ensure data integrity and uniformity-investigate and develop tools for improving processes and data cleansing.
- Review SAP Master Data processes to ensure that they meet the ongoing needs of Wasserstrom and ensure that best practice is spread.
- Provide monthly Ad-Hoc analysis and reporting to other group and team members as assigned.
