YOUR LIFE AS A PERSONAL ASSISTANT - OFFICE ADMIN
As an entry-level Personal Assistant - Office Admin, you are eager to help! Your focus is on creating a five-star experience for our customers. You help by answering phone calls and emails from our field technicians and scheduling appointments. Because you are comfortable working with technology, you enjoy posting to our social media accounts, scheduling and documenting with Google apps, and providing support for our company tablets and phones.
As support for management, you schedule meetings and create agendas while keeping notes. Also, you provide support with plumbing supplies while researching new deals and suppliers. You provide human resources management including overseeing the hiring process for potential employees. Always organized and efficient, you perform all other general office duties. You find great satisfaction in keeping our office running smoothly!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
