About the Job: We're on the lookout for a Personal Assistant who's not just passionate about keeping things neat and tidy but is also ready to tackle a variety of errands and tasks head-on. This job is fast-paced and can get pretty stressful. You'll find yourself juggling different tasks, from household cleaning to running personal and company-related errands. There will be days when you're pulled in many directions at once, especially since you'll also be handling requests from the company we run out of our home.
What You'll Do:
Start the Day with Cleaning: Your mornings might begin with cleaning tasks to ensure the house is spotless. We value cleanliness highly, so we're looking for someone who can maintain our home's cleanliness to the highest standards.
Run Errands: You'll often switch gears to run errands, which could include grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, or getting supplies for the home office.
Company Requests: On top of personal errands, you'll handle tasks for our home-based business. This could mean anything from filing paperwork to preparing parcels for shipping.
Driving Duties: Part of your week will involve driving to Longview for specific errands. Expect to be on the move, but don't worry, we cover your mileage.
Adapt and Overcome: No two days are the same. You'll need to be adaptable, managing your time efficiently and prioritizing tasks as they come.
Who We're Looking For:
Someone with proven cleaning and housekeeping experience. If you don't have this, this job isn't for you.
A multitasker who thrives in a busy environment and can handle stress well.
Must have your own car, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving history.
A clean criminal record is a must, and we'll do a background check to confirm.
What's on Offer:
A yearly salary of $47,000, with potential bonuses for exceptional work.
A full-time role, working about 37.5 hours weekly, with no expected overtime.
Reimbursement for all work-related mileage, ensuring you're not out of pocket for helping us stay on track.
