Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Elite Care Northwest, LLC:

• In-person sales with nursing homes, hospice, and hospital discharge departments.
• Credentialing and interviewing caregivers, setting up interviews and Zoom invites.
• Phone answering, screening clients, and insurance verification.
• Scheduling for caregivers and keeping office policies and procedures up to date.
• Working with an accountant for QuickBooks maintenance, AR/AP, and assisting with payroll/billing.
• Filing state business taxes quarterly and maintaining office/organization documents.
• Following up with clients for non-payment and managing the calendar for the Managing Director.
• Managing social media (Instagram, Facebook), using Canva for social media, and maintaining websites with Squarespace.
• Handling advertising, mailers, Christmas cards, condolence cards, and ordering office supplies/uniforms.

Makamae Holdings, LLC:

• Filing and lease document maintenance.
• Correspondence with clients leasing out rental properties, managing vacancies, and handling documents such as leases and Section 8 housing vouchers.
• Managing social media (Instagram, Facebook) and filing state GE taxes monthly.

Requirements:

• Pleasant to work with, professional appearance, and demeanor.
• Ability to work remotely with several half days per week in the home office.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Must be able to start immediately and commit to at least 20 hours per week, with the likelihood of extending to 40 hours per week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
