Job description
In this role, you will: - Lead and develop a diverse team of individuals responsible for strategic business development and driving Partner Digital Programs across our US Consumer Channel. - Create business briefs for our Marcom team who will translate those requirements into creative partner campaigns and programs for each of our product lines that generate maximum impact across the channel - Work with Finance to manage partner campaign budgets and anticipate sales performance trends, and timelines to optimize each line of business - In collaboration with cross-functional teams, project manage digital partner campaigns including web, SEO, Social Media, e-mails, Push notifications, display advertising with engaging and relevant content (full funnel) - Partner internally to define and implement the use of AI and ML tools to provide agility and scale to partner marketing creative and measurement efforts - Understand US consumer partner websites and metrics that affect traffic and conversion - Measure ROI and KPIs and report on all partner campaigns performance - Optimize partner campaigns to improve results focusing on customer experience - Identify trends and insights to inform priorities and optimize spend and performance based on insights - Evaluate emerging technologies, digital trends and provide recommendation for adoption
