COMPENSATION PER HOUR: $28-31/hr (depending on related professional experience)

Executives, business owners and busy professionals hire us to manage their household errands, chores, and projects. We add more ease to our client's lives allowing them to focus on their family, career, and more of what they love.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are hiring a Personal Assistant for a busy family in Magnolia. The family's residences are conveniently located within walking distance of each other. They require assistance with various tasks throughout the week, including general tidying, organization, laundry, and managing weekly vitamins. The ideal candidate for this role demonstrates strong initiative, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
Types of tasks can include, but are not limited to:
- Chores including laundry, dishes, and tidying
- Helping take care of trash and recycling
- Help organize weekly vitamins
- Meal prep and cooking
- Setting up home organization systems and arranging donation drop-offs
- Errands, including picking up groceries, prescriptions, dry cleaning, etc.
- Calendar management and appointment bookings
- Pet care- 6 cats between the two houses, with the potential of a dog later this year.
- Maintain and follow detailed home maintenance guide, including scheduling appointments for gutter cleaning, HVAC service, sprinkler blowouts, etc.
- Assist with special projects/ vendors/ household management.

- Easy to reach and responsive during normal business hours – we have a policy of responding to texts, phone calls and emails within 4 hours, you must be able to comply with this policy during business hours.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Comfortable around cats and dogs.
- Hold a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for client errands
