Personal Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, managing calendars and schedules, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner. Clean office, as well as residential working enviroment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, cleaning and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the executive team.
• Organize and maintain files and records.
• input data and data entry
• Maintain and Clean working environemnt
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist with clincial tasks and paperwork

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
