Pca Personal Care Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals who require help with daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in someone's life.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Personal Care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support
- Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
- Must pass a background check

Note: This position may require physical exertion, including lifting or assisting clients with mobility. Training will be provided to ensure the safety of both the client and the Personal Care Assistant.
