We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance and support to individuals who require help with daily tasks. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
```Responsibilities:```
- Assist clients with Personal Care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal planning and preparation according to dietary needs
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up living areas
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the supervisor
```Requirements:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
- Must pass a background check
