Aeroflow Sleep is part of Aeroflow Health, one of the fastest-growing DME/HME companies in the nation as recognized by INC 5000 over the past 8 years. Patients and physicians have trusted Aeroflow Sleep to provide CPAP equipment and supplies through insurance. In order to lower healthcare costs and allow people to take control of their own CPAP therapy, Aeroflow Sleep was launched to provide the lowest allowable prices of the highest quality CPAP machines, masks, and supplies. Our mission is to help patients sleep well and live better by providing resources, services, and the PAP equipment and supplies needed to easily navigate the sleep apnea journey.

The Opportunity

Aeroflow Sleep is composed of two teams: “Sleep”, which provides CPAP supplies through insurance and “CPAPSupplies.com”, which is our e-commerce website that sells CPAP supplies through cash pay. In total, we have 6 marketers and are looking to bring on someone to support our digital paid marketing efforts.

Your Primary Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for:

• Supporting Performance Marketing Manager in day to day tasks, including invoicing, creative briefs as needed, and pulling internal data.
• Managing affiliates and publisher partners.
• Developing & managing relationships with influencers & content creators for paid social media campaigns.
• Delivering trend analyses and insights across select paid media channels.
• Collaborating with agencies on ad content, copy and strategy, covering platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Meta (FB/Instagram), & TikTok
• Conducting topic and keyword research based on niche, attainable organic rankings
• Maintain status updates on assigned tasks and tickets with our internal development team.
• Analyzing data & strategies to uncover fresh opportunities.
• Staying attuned to our audience's inclinations and actively proposing innovative campaign ideas.
• Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.

• Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• BA in Marketing, Business, or Related Field
• 3-5 Years of Demonstrated Marketing & Advertising Experience
• Experience with:

  • Google Analytics
