Develop programs, initiatives, and training components to enhance and support student academic enhancement and community engagement activities. Provide guidance and leadership in support of student academic enhancement and community engagement activities. This position will interact on a regular basis with faculty, staff, and students. This position typically will advise and counsel faculty, staff, and students. This position will supervise NA.
Responsibilities Job Duty 1 - Develop and implement programs and activities related to student academic support and enhancement. Job Duty 2 - Facilitate and assist in the creation of community engagement and development programs and activities. Job Duty 3 - Chair and/or serve as a liaison and resource for departmental committees and task forces related to student engagement and development. Job Duty 4 - Coordinate the assessment efforts related to student academic enhancement and community engagement. Job Duty 5 - Monitor budget expenditures, ensuring compliance with Institute policies and procedures. Job Duty 6 - Provide guidance and direction to student advisory groups on related residence life activities and programs.
