Pediatric Receptionist

Full-time receptionist needed for pediatric office in Richardson, Texas. Experience in medical front office duties required. Experience in back office and Epic EMR a plus!

-Answering phones

-Scheduling patient appointments

-Checking patients in/out which includes having patients complete their paperwork and supply any other information as needed.

-Verifying insurance and collecting copays, coinsurances, and deductibles

-Scanning and importing information into charts

-Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager

Candidate must provide exceptional customer service and perform in a professional manner at all times.

Must be dependable and have reliable transportation.

Salary is hourly based on experience.
