Natural Choice Pediatrics is looking for energetic, dependable, hard- working & FRIENDLY individuals that would like to be a part of a pediatric office.
- Preferred: 2-3 years of adult and pediatric experience along with telephone triage experience.
- Provide great customer service to our patients in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner.
- Knowledge of holistic/alternative medicine preferred but not required
- Optimize patients' satisfaction by completing the check in and check out process accurately.
- Verify and update necessary information in the medical records/database, perform all registration functions and collect copays and balances due as appropriate.
- Perform copying and faxing of documents.
- Sort and deliver incoming faxes and packages.
- Maintain computerized scheduling and follows office scheduling policies.
- Answer and screen telephone calls, take messages, and provide appropriate information to phone callers as wells as handling outgoing phone calls as appropriate.
- Assist with charge entry, and other work-related work, if requested
- Maintain work area and lobby in neat and orderly manner.
- Knowledge of spelling, grammar and punctuation needed to process patient information along with the ability to file materials correctly by alphabetic or numeric processes.
- Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
