SalarySeeking a Part-time organized and self-motivated individual in a fast-paced environment. The scheduler is responsible for:
-Scheduling patients for evaluations and reoccurring visits
-Greeting patients and notifying therapists of visits
-Answering phone calls to the clinic and be able to provide the appropriate information
-Other duties as assigned such as data entry, light cleaning, and assisting staff as needed.
Experience using EMR systems, Excel, and overall general computer knowledge is preferred. At least 1-year experience in a medical setting is required.
Must be available Monday-Thursday 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM or between the hours of 10 AM to 7 PM.
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
