Medical Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist with reservations and provide information about hotel amenities and services
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading, and transcribing
- Utilize computer systems to input guest information, manage reservations, and generate reports

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar role is preferred
- Experience as a personal assistant, Medical Receptionist, or in an administrative position is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
- Proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
