The P&C Insurance Customer Support Specialist - Work from Home (Permanent) processes insurance service transactions on Agency Management and Carrier Platforms, and also handles basic inbound service calls (non-licensed calls). This is a Personal Lines focused role. The Associate will be trained on Agency workflows and modern insurance technology applications.
