Customer Support Specialist

Job description

• Remotely train customers how to operate the product via zoom meeting or phone calls
• Prompt support troubleshooting requests
• Provide accurate consultation to help users read test results
• Customer onsite support
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate with our team to solve customer technical challenges

Requirement

• Basic knowledge in diamonds
• At least 1 year of diamond/Jewelry industry working experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile device operation system
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm in high quality customer service
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
