Job description
- Remotely train customers how to operate the product via zoom meeting or phone calls
- Prompt support troubleshooting requests
- Provide accurate consultation to help users read test results
- Customer onsite support
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with our team to solve customer technical challenges
Requirement
- Basic knowledge in diamonds
- At least 1 year of diamond/Jewelry industry working experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile device operation system
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm in high quality customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
