Terraboost Media is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The Customer Support Specialist is primarily responsible for answering customer questions and complaints during the implementation phase and during the life of a campaign. This position will welcome new clients to the Terraboost family, answer inbound calls from clients, and liaise with internal departments to ensure clients are given accurate information regarding their sales orders.
Compensation is $16-$19 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handles Customer Service issues via phone, email, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
- Facilitates the collection of artwork from the customer to assist the Client Success Managers.
- Responds to inbound calls from the sales support team.
- Works with stores directly on any issues.
- Works with escalated clients due to fulfillment or other issues.
- Acts as the liaison between customers and other departments.
- Supports operations as it relates to Customer escalations
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:
A minimum of (1) year of relevant customer service experience OR a bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
