As a Customer Support and Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through primary communication channels such as Microsoft Teams Channels, relevant email distribution lists, and ServiceNow tickets. Your duties will involve responding to customer inquiries and providing information on the initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers through various communication channels to address inquiries and provide information.
- Identifying trends in customer requests and collaborating with Cloud Services teams to develop website FAQs and Knowledge Base articles.
- Coordinating with Cloud Services teams to ensure timely and appropriate responses to customer inquiries.
- Collaborating with Cloud Services team members to organize and support various learning and workforce development activities for NIH and its designated recipients, including workshops, webinars, and related events.
