Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide information about products or services
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outbound calling or sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
