As an Administrative Assistant, you will be one of the first faces our employees and guests see when coming in the door! Your warm smile and eager greeting will help set the tone for our visitors! Additionally, you will work directly with customers, other team members and others to accurately and pleasantly phone calls. Sound intimidating? Don't worry. This is an on-site position located in Wichita, KS. No travel required. Schedule for this role will be 10-2 M-F.
DURING A TYPICAL DAY
- Warmly greet fellow team members and guests
- Manage multi-line phone system, providing excellent customer service to all callers
- Sort, distribute and file driver mail packets
- Occasionally run errands
- Assist with all-company events
- Problem-solve and find creative ways to meet various needs that arise on a typical day
- Maintain breakrooms
- Since we are all about teamwork and getting the job done, your skills may be put to a lot of other uses!
QUALIFICATIONS: WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in an administrative support role
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
