CORE JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
· Being licensed in Property & Casualty as well as Life, Accident, and Health
· Determine customer requirements and expectations
· Solicit, sell, and negotiate new business policies
· Cross-sell/up-sell products to existing customers
· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
· Assist with the annual review process
· Perform risk analysis and underwriting
· Client/Claims liaison
· General customer service duties as presented
· Performs other duties as assigned
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· State of Kansas Property & Casualty License
· High School Diploma or equivalent is required
· Four-year college degree is highly preferred
· Previous customer service skills experience
Note: This position may require having the flexibility to work nonstandard hours/shifts and having the ability to adhere to a structured schedule. Some travel may be required.
