Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Announcing clients as necessary.
- Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition.
- Maintain accurate records of phone calls.
- Handle badging for visitors to the site.
Qualifications:

•Outstanding Attendance
•Customer service and/or office related experience preferred.
• Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.
• Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team player and service-oriented; builds strong working relationships.
• Handle multiple projects at one time.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• At least one year of prior Office Experience
• 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Possess a strong work ethic; be diplomatic; team and service oriented; and able to build strong working relationships.
• Exhibit superior verbal communication and phone skills.
• Possess exceptional customer service skills.
• Consistently demonstrate professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
• This position requires the ability to remain calm under pressure; and be resilient.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving ability.
• Able to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
