Administrative Assistant, Full Time only. This is an office position you can do from home. You have to be able to work full-time, 9am-5pm EST. We will train for the position. All calls are through our call center so you will have a designated phone number to use.
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Call to get updated contact information
- Call to set up scheduled dates for presentation for sales person
- Enter data entry of customer's information into CRM program
- Confirm information in CRM program is up to date
- Phone calls from our call center, calling to update contact information
- Phone calls from our call center, setting up scheduled dates for sales person
- Search for potential contacts for sales person and enter into CRM program
Requirements:
- Laptop or desktop computer. Chromebooks and tablets are not compatible with out programs
- Reliable internet
- Ability to work 9am-5pm EST uninterrupted
- Experience working alone, as well as with a team
- Experience with customer service
- Experience with data entry
- Experience using Google searches
- Be friendly, personable, high energy, and work well with others.
Compensation:
- $13 to start, $15 after the first month
- After $15, additional increases are based on scheduling dates being set up
