Salary: $25-30/hr

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A PAYROLL SYSTEMS ANALYST:

• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of payroll runs
• Verify payroll data integrity
• Ensure compliance with all compensation and tax regulations and stay up to date with any changes in such regulations
• Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork for tax deductions, benefits, etc.
• Analyze compensation-related data including wages and bonuses
• Report to management on payroll issues and changes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree (Accounting preferred)
• Experience with payroll is a plus
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, etc., is a plus
• Broad understanding of information systems and dynamic reporting
• Able to learn quickly and seek out answers
• Organized multitasker, with a track record of bringing process and order
• Ability to work with and train others, particularly heads of departments
• Understanding of Federal and State payroll reporting requirements and timelines
• Great communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficient at keeping personal employee information confidential
• Attention to detail and ability to self-check work
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
