Form of workThe Senior Administrative Assistant will be the face and voice of the projects. Business Development Office and assist in projects/duties as assigned by the Assistant Dean for Business Development and Director of Business and Strategic Planning and Associate Director of the Dental Health Center. The assistant will prepare agendas, edit various documents and publications, respond to verbal and e-mail correspondence, take meeting minutes and create presentations and materials for various meetings.
Required Skills- Associate's required, Bachelor's preferred
- 1-3 years experience required, 3-5 years preferred
- Must have strong written and communication skills and a pleasant personality.
- Must be a self-starter, proactive individual capable of managing processes; uses good judgment and have exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- This position will work from both Medical and Charles River Campus.
- The individual must exercise initiative, independent judgment and discretion.
