We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
Executes time, payroll, and related system interfaces to produce timely and accurate payments, reports, and postings to employees and third-party recipients; and process monthly closing transfers for business units.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Execute payrolls for 4 payroll cycles, plus daily off cycles using SAP and Payroll Control Center. Reviews, maintains, and updates controls and documentation.
- Executes jobs for time processing on a weekly/monthly basis. Works closely with timesheet data and policies.
- Responds to/interactions with employees, third party recipients, and business partners (human resources, time administrators, compensation, information technology, accounts payable, accounting).
- Identifies opportunities to apply technologies to business processes through research and fact-finding.
- Clarifies existing system logic difficulties, as necessary. Maintains controls and implements process improvements to enhance an accurate and complete system.
- Ensures data integrity as it relates to reporting and analytics.
- Develops and maintains credibility and effective working relationships that demonstrate an understanding of issues, priorities, strategies and possibilities.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
0-2 years of related experience. Preferred experience includes experience processing time and handling payroll related policy issues.

Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor
