Position Description:The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-starter who is very organized, possesses great time management skills, and can work with minimal supervision.Your primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:Review/reconcile employee timecards and communicate with field timekeepers to uphold accountability and accuracy. Understand and accurately apply all payroll policies.Process full cycle weekly payroll in company ERP software system.Verify employee data (new hires, changes, additional earnings) from the HR module to the payroll system.Prepare applicable federal and state payroll tax filings, 401k contributions, HSA deferrals and insurance reconciliations.Assist employees with questions about timecard entry, pay, benefits and taxes.Maintain human resource information system records and prepare reports as assigned.Execute other projects related to HR, administrative support, or other areas as requested.Participate in weekly virtual meetings as needed to remain informed and ensure an excellent level of support is provided across the company.Skills & Qualifications:High level of organization and work ethic needed!Very detail oriented and computer savvyMust possess strong Excel skills: Viewpoint Software experience a plusMust be an energetic self-starterMust be able to handle high-volume of requestsMust be disciplined and focused to work alone or as part of a teamDemonstrates professionalism at all times.PI73150b3aafd5-25660-33327418
