What's a typical day as a Payroll/HR Operations Specialist? You'll be:
- Processing, balancing, and transmitting payrolls to ensure accurate and timely payrolls for a high volume Multi EIN and Multi-State environment.
- Auditing, issue resolution, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy of payrolls.
- Providing exceptional customer service and problem resolution for inquiries related to associates' pay.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of information at all times.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have an Associate's degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Have 3+ years of Payroll experience.
- Have previous experience with reporting, data analysis, or payroll reconciliations.
- Have a solid understanding of payroll effects on payroll tax and accounting.
- Have multi-state payroll processing experience in a fast-paced/large volume environment.
- Are proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word at an advanced level.
